Lawyers acting on behalf of members of the Mackay Hospital and Health Service (HHS) Board have requested an additional week to reply to the show cause notice issued by the Health Minister.
The Health Minister has agreed to this extension.
This will now require HHS Board members to respond to the show cause notice by Friday 14 October.
