Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate Mahmoud Elsaidy.
The 22-year-old is wanted for breaching a court order.
He is Middle Eastern in appearance and described as 180cm tall, with shoulder length black hair, a black beard and a stud piercing on the left side of his face.
Elsaidy is known to frequent the Brimbank, Banyule and Darebin areas.
Investigators have released an image of Elsaidy in the hope that someone may have information on his current whereabouts.
