Police have arrested a man and a woman after a police car was struck at Langwarrin last night, Victoria Police say.
The incident happened in Blackburn Mews when the driver of an alleged stolen vehicle drove at police and collided into the unmarked police sedan at 7pm.
The driver of the stolen vehicle ran from the scene leaving his female passenger with the vehicle.
The male offender ran through several properties before being arrested by police and an off-duty police member.
The damage caused to the vehicle was minor and no one was injured.
The passenger, a 23-year-old Seaford woman, has been charged with theft of motor vehicle.
The driver, a 29-year-old Paterson Lakes man, has been charged with theft of motor vehicle, conduct endangering life and driving related offences.
Both have been remanded to appear in Frankston Magistrates’ Court later today.
