Man and woman charged over drugs at Bundall, QLD

Police have charged a man and woman after allegedly discovering a quantity of illegal drugs, including ‘Fantasy’, and utensils at Bundall, Queensland Police say.

Around 6pm on Sunday, officers from Rapid Action and Patrol executed a search warrant at a Waterford Court address. It will be alleged that the officers located a quantity of GHB and methamphetamines including 1.5 litres of liquid ‘Fantasy’.

A 33-year-old Labrador woman and 33-year-old Hollywell man have been charged with possessing dangerous drugs and possessing utensils.

They were both given a Notice to Appear and are expected to appear at the Southport Magistrates Court on February 12.

Senior Sergeant Stewart Reid said police will continue to actively target illegal drug suppliers.

"All drugs are dangerous and can cause significant ongoing health issues or even death," Senior Sergeant Reid said.
