Man arrested after Casula pursuit, NSW

A man is assisting with inquiries after a police pursuit which ended at Casula this morning (Wedesday 5 July 2017), NSW Police say.

The pursuit began on Kurrajong Road at Casula about 9.40am after a Holden Commodore sedan failed to stop for a random breath test.

The Commodore was abandoned in Tulloch Street and the man fled the area on foot. .

The driver, a man believed to be in his 30s, was arrested in Leilani Street by police from Liverpool LAC, the Dog Unit and Polair.

Inquiries are continuing.

Police are urging anyone with information in relation to this incident to call Crime Stoppers.
