Man arrested after drugs and cash found, SA

A man has been arrested after a search at his Gawler West house late last week, according to SA Police.

Just after 1.30pm on Friday 17 August, Barossa CIB detectives searched a house at Ryde Street and located a large quantity of methamphetamine along with over $55,000 in cash.

A 32-year-old man was arrested and charged with trafficking a controlled drug and unlawful possession. He was refused police bail and will appear in the Elizabeth Magistrate Court today.
