A man will appear in today after an incident at Ashmont yesterday, NSW Police say.
About 1:15pm yesterday (Friday 9 November 2018) Police attended a house on Tarakan Avenue, Ashmont.
As a result of inquiries, two men and one woman were detained at the location and taken to Wagga Wagga Police Station.
No one was injured during the incident.
Following further inquiries, a 25-year-old man was charged with take person in company with intent to commit serious indictable offence, aggravated assault with intent to take/drive motor vehicle in company, and drive motor vehicle during disqualification period.
The man was refused bail to appear at Wagga Wagga Local Court on Saturday 10 November 2018.
Inquiries are continuing.
