A 56-year-old man is expected to be charged after a laser was allegedly pointed at the police air wing on 8 March, Victoria Police say.
The police helicopter was flying over the Bendigo area when the laser was allegedly shone towards the aircraft about 12.40am.
The Long Gully man is expected to be charged on summons with interfere with crew of an aircraft, possess prohibited weapon and use prohibited weapon.
