Man arrested after stabbing near Quaker's Hill, NSW

A man has been arrested after another man was stabbed near Quaker’s Hill last night, NSW Police say.

Just after 11pm (Saturday 4 August 2018), emergency services were called to a home on Ocimum Glade at Kellyville Ridge, following reports a man had been stabbed by another man following an altercation.

When officers from Quaker’s Hill Police Area Command arrived, they located a 35-year-old man with a stab wound to his arm.

He was treated by paramedics at the scene before being taken to Blacktown Hospital in a stable condition.

A short time later, a 33-year-old man presented at Penrith Police Station, where he was arrested.

Inquiries into the incident are continuing; however, the men are known to each other.
