A man has been arrested following a break-in at Malvern early this morning, according to SA Police.
Just before 5.45am, Tuesday 4 July, patrols responded to an alarm activation at a construction site on Eton Street.
Patrols quickly attended the scene and saw a man jumping a fence at the site. The man was chased on foot by a patrols and apprehended a short distance away. He was allegedly in possession of stolen property.
The 40 year-old man from Coromandel Valley is currently speaking with police and is expected to be charged with serious criminal trespass.
