Caulfield Divisional Response Unit investigators arrested a man this morning following a search warrant at Aspendale this morning, Victoria Police say.
Police executed the search warrant at the man’s Aspendale home shortly before 8am.
Investigators allegedly found and seized two firearms, ammunition, a taser, extendable baton, nunchucks, cash, cocaine, cannabis and a white powder believed to be methylamphetamine.
One of the firearms is alleged to have been stolen during a burglary at a rural property at Sunbury in October 2014.
A 32-year-old Aspendale man was arrested at the scene.
He is expected to appear at Moorabbin Magistrates’ Court this afternoon charged with drugs, weapons, firearms and dishonesty offences.
