Police have arrested a 24-year-old man following the discovery of a man’s body in Long Gully last night, Victoria Police say.
The body of a 50-year-old man was found at a Battery Street address about 7pm.
Homicide Squad detectives are treating the death as suspicious.
Bendigo Crime Investigation Unit detectives arrested the Kangaroo Flat man at his address this afternoon.
He is currently in custody and assisting detectives with their enquiries.
