A 19-year-old man has been arrested and charged after willfully and obscenely exposing himself to people in Parliament Street, Sandy Bay, around midday on Monday, Tasmania Police say.
The man was described as being approximately 180cm tall of slim build with brown shoulder length hair, wearing a dark blue and black checked shirt and blue jeans.
Anyone who witnessed the incident or any similar incident that may have occurred in the area are asked to contact 1/C Constable Donovan on 6173 2833 or Crime Stoppers.
