Detectives from the Joint Anti Child Exploitation Team (JACET) have arrested a Richmond man this morning, Victoria Police say.
The 48-year-old man was arrested at a Stawell street address about 5.50am.
He has been charged with access child abuse material, possess child abuse material and possess a drug of dependence.
The man was bailed to appear at Melbourne Magistrates’ Court on 29 March.
JACET comprises of investigators from Victoria Police and the Australian Federal Police.
