A man has been arrested following a stabbing in the CBD this evening.
Police and ambulance crews were called to King William Street just after 5pm on Saturday 9 February following reports that a woman had been stabbed.
When patrols arrived, they found a woman who had sustained a serious stab wound to her back. She was taken to the Royal Adelaide Hospital for treatment.
Police located the suspect a short distance away who is known to the victim.
The man was arrested over the incident and is currently being interviewed by police.
