A man has been injured following an assault at Hectorville this afternoon.
Just after 12pm today (Friday 15 February), patrols and paramedics were called to Hectorville Road after the victim was struck in the arm by another man known to him with a large knife.
The suspect left before police arrived and enquiries are continuing.
The victim was taken to the Royal Adelaide Hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
