Man attacked by group at Morphett Vale, South Australia

A man has reported being robbed while out walking in the early hours at Morphett Vale.

Police and paramedics were called to Main South Road, Morphett Vale about 4.15am on Saturday 24 July. A man reported he had been assaulted by a group of three people near the bowls club who demanded money.

When the victim called out for help, a nearby resident came out of their house and the suspects ran off, heading west along Flaxmill Road.

The victim, a 33-year-old man, sustained a suspected broken arm during the assault and was taken to Noarlunga Hospital.
