A man has been charged after allegedly indecently assaulting a young girl at a licensed club at Smithfield earlier this week, NSW Police say.
On Monday 23 May 2016, the 16-year-old high school student attended the catering department of the club on work experience.
Police will allege the teen was indecently assaulted by an employee while at the club.
The incident was reported to police and an investigation commenced.
The 38-year-old man was arrested today and was charged with two counts of aggravated indecent assault.
The man was granted conditional bail and is expected to appear in Fairfield Local Court on 4 July 2016.
