Major Collision Investigation Unit detectives have charged a man following a fatal collision in Birregurra on Tuesday 26 December, Victoria Police say.
A white Toyota sedan and a green Ford sedan collided at the intersection of Birregurra-Forrest Road and Colac-Lorne Road shortly before 11.00am.
The male driver of the Ford, a 52-year-old Batesford man died at the scene.
A 27-year-old Chinese National has been charged with dangerous driving causing death and dangerous driving causing serious injury.
He will appear at the Geelong Magistrates’ Court on 13 April 2018.
