Man charged following firearms incident in Mill Park

Police have charged a New South Wales man following an alleged firearms incident in Mill Park this month, Victoria Police say.

It is believed 18 shots were fired into a house in Daphne Close about 3.15pm on Saturday 17 March.

No one was injured during the incident. .

Detectives from the North West Metro Division 5 Serious Crime Task Force (Mill Park) extradited a 42-year-old man from Sydney yesterday.

He has been charged with reckless conduct endangering life/serious injury, use firearm in a public place, use firearm in a dangerous manner and damage property with a firearm.

The man has been remanded to appear at the Heidelberg Magistrates’ Court on 4 April 2018.
