A man has been charged after an alleged indecent assault of a child in July this year, NSW Police say.
On Tuesday 12 July 2016, it is alleged the man indecently assaulted a 13-year-old girl at a park on Hudson Street, Hurstville.
On Thursday 4 August 2016, officers from St George Local Area Command were notified of the incident and commenced an investigation.
Following inquiries, about 12.30pm yesterday today, police executed a search warrant at a home on Wall Avenue, Panania and seized a number of electronic items.
The 22-year-old man was arrested and taken to St George Police Station where he was charged with indecent assault of a child under 16.
He was granted conditional bail and is due to appear at Sutherland Local Court on Wednesday 10 August 2016.
