A man has been charged following an investigation into an alleged sexual act on a train in Sydney's west.
About 1.40pm on Tuesday 23December 2025, officers attached to Nepean Police Area Command received a report of a sexual act towards a man, which allegedly occurred on a train between St Mary's and Mt Druitt.
Officers from North West Police Transport Command commenced an investigation into the incident.
Following inquiries, police arrested a 23-year-old man at Mount Druitt Police Station about 7.30am today (Friday 30 September 2026).
He was charged with carry out sexual act with another without consent, and granted conditional bail to appear before Mount Druitt Local Court on Wednesday 18 March 2026.
