Man charged over crash at Rhodes, NSW

A man has been arrested following a single-vehicle crash in Sydney’s west this morning, NSW Police say.

About 1.30am (Wednesday 14 March 2018), police from Burwood Police Area Command were called to Rider Boulevard, Rhodes, following reports a Skoda station wagon had crashed into a power pole.

The driver, a 22-year-old man, allegedly failed a roadside breath test.

He was arrested and taken to Burwood Police Station where he was charged with fail to supply breath analysis.

He was granted conditional bail and is due to appear before Burwood Local Court on Monday 26 March 2018.
