Man charged over historical child sex offences, inquiries continue in Homebush

A man has been charged over alleged historical child sex offences committed in the 1980s, NSW Police say.

Police will allege between 1980 and 1982, two men sexually assaulted at least two children, including a then 11-year-old boy, at a business on Parramatta Road, Homebush.

Following inquiries, about 1pm today, an 82-year-old man was arrested at a home in Richmond.

He was taken to Windsor Police Station and charged with two counts of buggery and three counts of indecent assault with a male child.

The man was granted conditional bail to appear at Windsor Local Court on Thursday 23 February 2017.

Inquiries are continuing.
