A man faced court today after being charged with six offences including stalking, property damage and making a false police report. , NSW Police say
On Saturday 11 August 2018, police were called to a home on Pembroke Street, Bronte, after reports of an intruder.
Police were told a male occupant confronted a man outside the home. The man is alleged to have fled following an altercation with the occupant and left several items at the scene.
Officers from Eastern Suburbs Police Area Command commenced an investigation.
Following inquiries, a 49-year-old man was arrested at a Bronte home this morning (Monday 20 August 2018).
He was taken to Waverley Police Station and charged with stalk/intimidate intend fear physical/mental harm (domestic), three counts of destroy or damage property, false representation resulting in police investigation, and make false call to emergency service number.
The man appeared at Waverley Local Court today and was granted conditional bail to reappear on Thursday 30 August 2018.
