Police have charged a man with wilful exposure after an incident in Bellingen, south of Coffs Harbour, over the weekend, NSW Police say.
About 3pm on Saturday 7 January 2017, a number of families were gathered in a reserve on Hammond Street, Bellingen, when police were called.
Police have been told a man was naked and committing an indecent act in view of families at the location.
Officers from Coffs/Clarence Local Area Command attended and arrested a 72-year-old man.
He was taken to Coffs Harbour Police Station and charged with wilful and obscene exposure and behave in offensive manner in or near a public place.
He was given conditional bail and is due to appear at Coffs Harbour Local Court on Monday 30 January 2017.
