A man has been stabbed in Sydney's south west.
About 10.15pm yesterday (Wednesday 1 October 2025), emergency services attended a service station on The Horsely Drive, Wetherill Park, following reports that a man was at the location with stab wounds.
NSW Ambulance paramedics treated the 45-year-old man at the scene before he was taken to Liverpool Hospital in a critical but stable condition.
Officers from Fairfield Police Area Command have commenced an investigation.
Police have been informed that the man was stabbed along Elizabeth Street.
A family member then drove the man from the scene to the service station where emergency services were contacted.
Crime scenes have been established at both locations.
Traffic diversions are currently in place and motorists are urged to avoid the area as both scenes are expected to remain crime scenes for a considerable amount of time whilst they are examined by specialist police.
