A man has died after being pulled from the water at Nethercote, about 8km kilometres from Eden.
About 2pm yesterday (Thursday 4 January 2024), emergency services were called to Nethercote Falls, Yowaka River, Nethercote, following reports of a man struggling in rough water.
Officers attached to South Coast Police District and NSW Ambulance paramedics attended; however, the 53-year-old man was unable to be revived.
A report will be prepared for the information of Coroner.
