A man has died after falling from a balcony of an apartment block in the city early this morning.
About 12.45am on Friday 11 September, police and paramedics were called to Grote Street after it was reported a man fell from a balcony.
Sadly, the 27-year-old man died at the scene.
Police investigating the incident believe that the man fell from the 17th floor balcony trying to gain access to an adjoining balcony.
There does not appear to be any suspicious circumstances surrounding the incident.
