Police are investigating the circumstances surrounding a fatal crash in Buchan South this morning.
Officers have been told local residents heard what sounded like a crash on Timbarra Road, near the intersection of Buchan South-Gillingal Road, and went to investigate about 10.15am.
Sadly, a man was found unresponsive inside a car which appeared to have rolled and come to rest down a gully.
The man, who is yet to be formally identified, died at the scene.
