Police are investigating the circumstances surrounding a fatal collision which occurred in Malvern East this afternoon.
Investigators have been told a man on a mobility scooter was crossing Warrigal Road about 3.15pm when he was hit by a car.
Emergency crews treated the man at the scene but he could not be revived.
The driver of the car stopped at the scene and has spoken to police.
