A 61-year-old Ocean Grove man has died following a two vehicle collision in Colac on 29 December 2017, Victoria Police say.
It is believed the two cars collided at the intersection of Queen and Murray streets about 7.45am.
The man, who was the sole occupant of his vehicle, was airlifted to hospital however died in hospital.
The 20-year-old female driver of the second vehicle and her passenger were uninjured.
The investigation remains ongoing.
The death will be included in the 2017 provisional lives lost figure as this occurred in December last year.
The provisional Lives Lost figure now stands at 257.
