Man dies following crash at Paradise, SA

A man has died following a crash in May this year at Paradise, according to SA Police.

About 8.40am on Sunday 13 May, an 85-year-old man was struck by a car while walking across a pedestrian crossing at the intersection of Darley Road and Lower North East Road.

The vehicle failed stop at the scene of the collision. The pedestrian suffered serious injuries and passed away Saturday night.

Police continue to investigate the crash in a bid to identify the driver of the vehicle involved. The investigation has included the seizure of both CCTV and dash cam vision.

Police would urge the driver of the vehicle to come forward, and ask that anyone with information about this incident who has not yet spoken to investigators from the Major Crash Investigation Section call Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
