A 22-year-old man has died in hospital following a car crash in Kerrie last month.
Police have been told a utility was travelling along Cherokee Road about 8.15pm on Friday 23 July.
It is believed the driver lost control and crashed into a tree.
The driver, a Kennington man and sole occupant of the vehicle, was airlifted to hospital where he later died.
Police will prepare a report for the Coroner.
