Police are investigating the circumstances surrounding a fatal crash which occurred in Newtown on 3 January.
Investigators have been told a car was travelling along Prospect Road about 3.10pm when the driver lost control of the vehicle.
The car collided with two vehicles before leaving the road and crashing into a building.
The driver, an 86-year-old Newtown man, was taken to hospital with serious injuries where he passed away on 15 January.
