A man died in hospital after his pushbike crashed into a pole in Kew last month, Victoria Police say.
It is believed the 40-year-old man was riding in the vicinity of Abeckett St when he struck a pole about 6am on 5 February.
The Kew man was taken to hospital however died on 8 February.
The exact circumstances surrounding the crash are yet to be established and the investigation is ongoing.
Police will prepare a report for the coroner.
