Police are investigating the circumstances surrounding a fatal house fire which occurred in Norlane earlier this morning.
Emergency services were called to a property on Watsonia Grove just before 6am after reports that a house was on fire.
The fire was extinguished and the body of a man was located in a front room.
A second man was conveyed to hospital with smoke inhalation.
Arson Squad detectives will attend the scene later this morning to determine the cause of the fire.
