Man dies in single-vehicle crash at Port Macquarie

A man has died in a single-vehicle crash in Port Macquarie yesterday.

About 5.30pm (Saturday 16 May 2020), emergency services were called to Riverside Drive, Port Macquarie, after a Mitsubishi utility left the roadway and crashed into a tree.

The driver, a 45-year-old man, died at the scene.

Officers from Mid North Coast Police District attended and are investigating the circumstances surrounding the crash.

A report will be prepared for the Coroner.
