Man Held After Woman Critically Hurt in Narellan Vale

A man is in police custody after a woman was critically injured when she was allegedly assaulted and run over in Sydney's south-west this morning.

Emergency services were called to Maddison Court about 8.30am (Wednesday 10 December 2025), and found a 36-year-old woman suffering multiple injuries after an alleged domestic violence-related incident.

She was treated at the scene by NSW Ambulance paramedics before being airlifted to Liverpool Hospital in a critical condition.

Officers attached to Camden Police Area Command initiated a search to locate a man police believed could assist with inquiries into the incident.

Shortly before 11am, a man – also aged 36 – was arrested in a phone box near Camden Valley Way. He has been taken to Narellan Vale Police Station.

As inquiries continue, police are also appealing for anyone in the vicinity of Maddison Court shortly before 8:30am and has information that may assist investigators – or anyone with dashcam vision – to contact Narellan Vale Police Station or Crime Stoppers.
