A man is in serious condition after being struck by car in Sydney's south this morning.
About 9.30am today (Friday 15 May 2026), emergency services were called to the intersection Forest Road and Queen Victoria Street, Bexley, following reports a man had been struck by a car.
Officers attached to St George Police Area Command attended and were told a man believed to be crossing the road was struck by a vehicle.
The pedestrian – a 70-year-old man – was treated by NSW Ambulance paramedics for a head injury, before being taken to hospital in a serious condition.
The driver – a 23-year-old man – was taken to St George Hospital for St George Hospital for mandatory testing.
A crime scene has been established and investigations into the circumstances of the crash have commenced.
