A man is in custody following an evade incident on the Brooker Highway near the 9/11 Bottleshop at Lutana today.
A police officer received minor injuries when he arrested a motorcyclist, who had attempted to evade police about 1.30pm.
The officer is receiving treatment at the Royal Hobart Hospital.
Glenorchy CIB is investigating the incident and is calling for witnesses.
