A man has been arrested after a fatal stabbing in Sydney's west.
About 6.45pm (Thursday 2 April 2026), emergency services were called to Clouta Place, Emu Plains, following reports of a stabbing.
Officers attached to Nepean Police Area Command arrived to find a man – believed to be aged in his 50s – with multiple stab wounds to his upper body.
He was treated by NSW Ambulance paramedics; however, the man could not be revived.
A 31-year-old man was arrested at the scene and taken to Penrith Police Station.
A crime scene has been established, and investigations have commenced.
