A man was left in a serious condition after an assault at a Yennora licensed premises overnight.
About 10pm (Friday 5 July 2019), police were called to the premises on Fairfield Street after of the reports assault.
They found a 40-year-old man with head injuries. He was treated at the scene by NSW Ambulance paramedics and taken to Liverpool Hospital.
The other man had left the building before emergency services arrived. Officers from Fairfield Police Area Command will speak to the injured man when his medical condition allows.
