Man injured - Campbelltown, NSW

A man has been taken to hospital with leg, head and arm injuries after an incident at Campbelltown yesterday, NSW Police say.

About 5.10pm today, emergency services were called Warby Street, after reports a man was injured.

Upon arrival, police located a 23-year-old man in the street with injuries to his ankle, head and lacerations to his arm.

Officers attempted to assist the man, when he became aggressive. OC spray was deployed before the man was treated by NSW Ambulance Paramedics.

He was taken to Liverpool Hospital.

Inquiries are ongoing and anyone with information is urged to come forward.

Police are urging anyone with information in relation to this incident to call Crime Stoppers.
