Police have arrested a 35-year-old Collingwood man in relation to a sexual assault which occurred in a North Fitzroy street earlier this month., Victoria Police say
Investigators have been told a woman was sexually assaulted on Queens Parade about 1.30pm on 17 August.
The man handed himself in to police around 6.30pm this evening and was interviewed for indecent assault.
He was released pending further enquires and the investigation is ongoing.
