Police are investigating after a man was located unconscious in Sunshine West yesterday morning, Victoria Police say.
The 34-year-old man was located by police on Talintyre Road shortly after 1.10am on 30 July and transported to hospital.
He remains in hospital in a critical condition.
The exact circumstances regarding the incident are yet to be determined, however it is being treated as suspicious.
A man aged in his 30s has been assisting police with enquiries in relation to the matter, which is being investigated by the Homicide Squad.
