Swan Hill Crime Investigation Unit detectives are appealing for witnesses after a man was located with serious injuries at a house in Kerang on Wednesday (21 November), Victoria Police say.
Police attended a Cullen Street address about 9.30am and discovered the injured 44-year-old man inside the property.
The man was taken to a local hospital but was then airlifted to a hospital in Melbourne for further medical treatment.
He remains in hospital.
Police are investigating how the man sustained his injuries and are appealing for public help.
The investigation remains ongoing.
