Man missing from Sydney's south

Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a man missing from Sydney's south.

Fredrick Perera, aged 80, was last seen leaving an aged care facility on Forest Road, Bexley, about 4.30pm yesterday (Sunday 16 January 2021).

He was reported missing to officers from St George Police Area Command, who commenced inquiries to locate him.

Concerns are held for welfare due to his age and having a medical condition.

Fredrick is described as being of Mediterranean/Middle Eastern appearance, about 175cm tall, of medium build, brown eyes, bald head.

He was last seen wearing a navy t.shirt, black pants, black cap and grey shoes.

Mr Parera is known to frequent Bexley and Hurstville areas
