Man robbed of car at Windy Point

[Police are searching for two men after they robbed a man of his car at Belair early this morning.

About 12.15am on Friday 10 March a 21-year-old man was sat in his car at the lower Windy Point lookout on Belair Road when he was approached by an unknown man who threatened him with a weapon and demanded he get out of his vehicle.

The victim and his passenger exited the car and the unknown man and a second man drove off down Belair Road.

The victim and his passenger luckily did not sustain any injuries.

The stolen red VW sedan was tracked to South Road Glandore where police located property being to the victim but the car could not be located.

The car was located this morning dumped in Lorenzo Court Angle Vale and has been seized for forensic examination.

The first suspect is described as of as African appearance, 170cm tall, slim build, approximately 16-19- years, broad nose, dark eyes and short hair. He was wearing grey hooded jumper and grey pants.

The second suspect is described as of African appearance, 180cm tall, approximately 18-20 years, slim build He was wearing black hooded jumper.
