The name of the man who died at a Lutana factory site last night has been released.
He was Michael Lewis Petterwood, 59, of Risdon Vale.
Our thoughts are with Michael's family and loved ones at this sad time.
A report is being prepared for the Coroner, who will determine the cause of death.
